Terms of Service

1 Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Fouriersoft, which operates Tap That Job. If you use Tap That Job on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the product.

2 The service

Tap That Job helps you store a job-application profile and fill fields on third-party application forms. Tap That Job types values you already provided or that you ask it to generate. Tap That Job does not submit applications, contact employers, or guarantee interviews, offers, or any hiring outcome.

You remain solely responsible for reviewing every form before you submit it, and for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information you provide.

3 Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe present a risk to Tap That Job, other users, or third-party sites.

You may delete your account at any time from your Account page. Deletion permanently removes your profile, documents, and application history. Unused paid time is not refunded except where applicable law requires otherwise.

4 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, work history, or authorization to work.
• Use Tap That Job to flood, scrape, or otherwise abuse employer sites, applicant-tracking systems, or other users.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, payment, or security controls.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service except as permitted by law.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use.

5 Plans and billing

Free accounts include a limited number of Smart-Applies, as shown on your account and the pricing page. Unlimited access is sold as a one-time purchase for a fixed period (currently 1, 3, or 6 months). Buying another pack extends the time remaining. Packs do not renew automatically and are not a monthly subscription.

Payments are processed by Stripe and billed by Fouriersoft, the company that operates Tap That Job. We do not store full card numbers. Fees are generally non-refundable once the pack is delivered, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If a charge is reversed or payment fails, we may suspend unlimited access.

6 Your content

You retain ownership of your résumé, profile, and other materials you upload (“Your Content”). You grant Tap That Job a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate the service: parse documents, sync the extension, match fields, and generate suggested answers you request.

We do not claim ownership of Your Content and we do not sell your profile.

7 The extension

The browser extension reads the form on the page you have open so it can identify fields and fill them when you ask. It does not submit the form. When you use Fill All Fields, Tap That Job may store the page URL and title in your account so you can return to that job later. Third-party sites have their own terms; you are responsible for complying with them.

8 Disclaimer of warranties

Tap That Job is provided “as is” and “as available.” Field matching, parsing, and generated answers can be incomplete or incorrect. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tap That Job and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost applications, lost offers, lost profits, or data loss, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Tap That Job in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars if you have not paid.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

10 Termination

You may stop using Tap That Job and delete your account at any time from your Account page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive termination.

11 Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a change is material, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you through the site or your account email.
